The machine is meant for the postfermentation of the young beer. During postfermentation young beer is supplied to postfermentation machines or portable postfermentation tanks, where the pressure of the carbon dioxide is 0.06-0.07 MPa at the temperature of 1-2 degrees. The beer is carbonated and matures within 30 days, becoming the end product.
