The fermentation calls for dry (50 - 100 g per 100 dal) raw (5-10 liters per 100 dal) beer yeast. Thus the young beer is made.
The temperature is 5 - 14 degrees and the procedure takes 6 - 8 days.
Capacity = 100 - 30,000 liters, depending on the task.
