Heat exchanging double-contoured cooling machine is a wasteheat exchanger, meant for hot wort cooling to the temperature of + 5…+12 °С with simultaneous collection of hot water.
In the cooling process the het recovers and up to 80 °С hot water is produced with no additional power consumption. The resulting hot water is enough to fully satisfy the requirements of the brewing process.
